hello...our hero!...new york is treating us like a king and a queen!!! we are just today finishing up the renovation and i just told jerry that we have to send you a thank you and some pix! we will be leaving tomorrow for dc and fla to spend time with the kids/grandkids. the little apt has far exceeded our expectations...we absolutely LOVE IT! the building is just as wonderful as the apt and everyone here made us immediately feel at home. i believe the level club is the best kept secret in manhattan. location-location-location!!! we can go anywhere with no hassle at all. in the past month we have renovated the apt, ordered a few pieces of furniture, seen three broadway shows, learned where everything we needs is, etc...!!!!

We spent months searching for a coop that would accept dogs, which were not many. But we found that 2/2 which just hit the market and Steve was persistent at seeing it immediately.
