NEW CONDO DEVELOPMENTS

They are all SPONSOR OWNED UNITS. They are not privately owned. THEY ARE FOR THE MOST PART EITHER NEW CONSTRUCTION OR CONDO CONVERSIONS.  Many of them are still in construction or near completion (can be viewed at the building). Some buildings cannot be shown except by video or models. Some are almost sold out and some are in the process of selling. For the most part, the illustrations and photos do not accurately represent what you may be buying. Each apartment is different and layout and price will vary depending on the time of your purchase.
